Photo booth rental FAQQuestions, answered.

Everything people ask before booking a photo booth with Iris in South Florida. Still wondering about something? Send it with your inquiry.

What kind of photo booth is Iris?

An open-air DSLR booth: a professional camera, studio lighting and a backdrop, with no enclosure. Your attendant runs it from start to finish and helps every guest find their light.

How much space do you need?

About 10 ft by 10 ft of open floor, indoors.

Can you set up outdoors?

Not at this time. We set up only at indoor, climate-controlled venues, so tents, patios and covered porches don’t work. This protects the equipment and keeps the portraits looking their best.

How long does setup take?

We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your booth time to set up, and pack down in 30 to 45 minutes after. Setup and pack-down don’t count toward your booth hours.

What events do you do?

Weddings, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, aqiqahs, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, holiday parties, galas, brand activations and private parties.

Do guests get prints?

With Signature and Celebration, yes: guests get 4x6 prints on the spot, plus instant sharing by text. Essentials is digital only, shared by text or email.

Can we choose color or black and white?

Yes. Choose full color or classic black and white for your event, and every photo that night is in that style.

Can the photo template be customized?

Yes. Every package includes a custom photo template designed around your names, date, logo or theme.

Can we add more time?

Yes. Extra hours are $150 each.

Where do you travel?

We’re based in Parkland and travel up to 60 miles, from Miami to Jupiter. Travel is free within 25 miles (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Delray Beach). It’s $75 for 25 to 45 miles (Hollywood, Aventura, Downtown Miami, West Palm Beach) and $125 for 45 to 60 miles (Coral Gables, Kendall, Jupiter). Events beyond 60 miles are quoted. Distances are driving miles from Parkland.

How do I book?

Check your date on our booking page. Once we confirm availability, Noor sends your contract. Your date is reserved when it’s signed and the 50% retainer arrives by Zelle. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

Are you insured?

Yes, Iris Photobooth is fully insured.

Do you need power?

Yes, one standard grounded outlet within 15 feet of the booth, not shared with high-draw equipment like DJ systems or catering heaters.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

The 50% retainer is nonrefundable. With at least 30 days’ notice, you can move your booking once to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability. Full cancellation terms are in your contract.
